Yes. It makes sense. She considers quickly. They know who she is, and knows that she knows the rules of this place. It would cost her more if she got into an altercation with Peacekeepers. But Sherlock...Sherlock was new. He was an unknown entity. They were less likely to know how to handle him, and more likely to forgive him and not think he was working with the Rebellion.

"You should distract them," she answers quietly. "I'll cut the power."
