He's a little bit shy of 6'3'' and with a bad case of shuffling and hunched shoulders. As zombies go, he's probably considered pretty well preserved, as he doesn't have a lot of visible rot. Like all Dead in his canon, whatever eye color he had turned to a silver-grey that's probably got a flat look to it. His face is a corpse's grey like the others, littered with scars across his cheek, near his eye, across his mouth and nose. The same goes for his body from encounters with humans (don't ask me how they scar D:). He miraculously has a full head of hair that hasn't started falling out yet. It's basically a bird's nest of dark brown hair that's probably brittle and not run to run your hands through. As he has a habit of collecting odds and ends, he wears a bunch of dirty rubber bands and hair ties around his wrist.
His teeth are probably ruined (but they're magically okay later). He's spent years getting down and dirty with other zombies and probably getting smacked in the face by survivors, so his gums and teeth are probably...kinda gross. Like blackened around the teeth and the gums probably pulled back.
As a human, he's got better posture and better skin, but overall will look pretty close. His eye color is blue instead of zombie-grey. In the Capitol, he'll have a muzzle at all times that will be increasingly blinged out for the occasion, but for the most part, he's regarded as a lost cause for his Stylist team. They'll focus their efforts on other District 4 Tributes because he's hard to dress and he tends to ruin whatever outfits they make him.
The way he moves is pretty easy to spot from a distance: a lot of shuffling and staggering around, lolling head. When he touches and uses items, it's a lot like a drunk trying really, really hard to look like he's not drunk (and failing). His finger nails are probably down to the quick, though it's unclear if he used to bite them or he scratched them down before he died.
