When he caught sight of the younger man (and really, the stylist were doing their best to make sure he and everyone else caught sight of him) he went still, unsure.

This was not the Kamui he knew. But either way, this Kamui was going to be wrapped up in all of that. The Capitol wouldn't leave it to rest, and he knew they wouldn't let this boy get far without making him a player in all of it, whether he wanted to be or not.
