[Mindy is not going to take this lying down! She's right back up and now its Mindy's abs and physique against Ruffnut's!]

[We've done this dance before in the ball pit and we know it doesn't really have an end so much as the two of them exhausted in a heap.]

[Yup, and that's what happens now, with Mindy somehow managing to have Ruffnut's head in a headlock halfheartedly, breathing hard].

S-so, what brought this on?

[Ruffnut's just kind of sprawled out taking up about 75% of the bed as she catches her breath]

I dunno, you started it I was just hanging around here.

My ass. You were dogpiling!

[She's not exactly in a hurry to get up. She's actually used to take up the smaller part of the bed, facing the viking, looking bemused].

Do you usually lie all over the place like a dog on the bed?

I have no idea what you're talking about. I'm innocent.

[As if there was such a thing as an innocent viking]

Yeah pretty much. It's my bed.

Dude, no one who knows you for five minutes would ever use that word.

[She scoffs, but is not moving from her spot].

I can only imagine what will happen when puberty hits. But you're a viking, so you'll be used to dude's smelling, right?

[She just laughs as well]

Well yeah...I mean it's not like I like it but yeah. We're not as filthy as like...an Outcast or Berserker but some of us can stun dragons by smell alone.

Then I should be pretty glad you took a bath. I don't feel like getting knocked out right now.

[And strangely enough, Mindy's snuggling. Why? Because Mindy had also not been sleeping well these past few days. Apparently little things like torture and dying had a way of giving her nightmares]

Move over a little, will ya?

Eh.

[But she moves enough to share the bed. Despite her claims to the contrary Vikings aren't completely against cuddling. It gets cold on Berk after all]
