Karkat's been something of a good influence on Felicity, maybe? His being totally fucking done with all the fandom business that she'd set at his feet did give her pause and make her consider, at least for a bit, that she needs to dial this shit back. Or at least be choosy about what she chooses to share. He's helping make this all seem real, rather than fun stories of far-away exotic people.

As a result of this realness, she wants to help him and wants the best for him. He's likable in spite of all the yelling (or probably because of it) and the only way she really knows how to friend at people is to give them stuff and cheer them on... so she gave him stuff and cheered him on. Maybe it's stupid to try and befriend offworlders and Tributes... but if she didn't learn her lesson with Gary, she's never going to learn it.

She's going to miss him. She's going to miss him a bunch.
