No I mean Cullen I think finds Shepard to be an effective ally as far as that goes, but he's a little too cautious and conservative to ever really trust her per se. He used to buy into a kind of eliminationist, if you're not with us you're against us, kind of rhetoric, and it eventually got destructive for him and now he rejects that kind of thinking out of hand. BUT she is certainly smart, and knows her stuff, and he doesn't want to alienate people who might be willing to help him get home.
