Molotov is really still unsure of Sansa. Her first impression was a bit on the negative side, because Molotov can see through facades like glass, but it wasn't like she was hung up on it. Whatever, Arya has a sister, ok, is this going to make all her training a moot point?

And then one day, Sansa was in Molotov's castle and she was like "what the fuck" but just let it go because she didn't want to seem stupid for not noticing that another child had been there for several days. Also because it makes Arya happy. Molotov is generally polite and generous, because she can be quite pleasant to be around when she wants to be, and she doesn't see much reason to be rude to a kid. Whatever presents Arya gets, Molotov tries to supply a second one for Sansa, though she rarely directly gives them -- she leaves them on Sansa's bed, mostly.

So she's like a really, really distant aunt, basically.
